As these are custom made, a 50% deposit of the purchase price is needed in order to begin creating your pen.
After you make the deposit and I start the process, the deposit is non refundable.
However, we understand that sometimes you might have a change of heart and decide that you want to adjust the design of your pen. In these instances, we will apply half of your initial deposit (25% of the total cost of the original pen) toward a different design.
